HR Complete Membership

In addition to the features of Essential Compliance and HR Plus, this membership is truly a partnership with BuildHR founder Kelly Loudermilk.  She acts as a full-service HR representative to your employees, fielding questions, addressing employee/manager conflicts, and more.

What’s the investment?

This membership is a retainer structure. You may purchase a certain number of hours per month (minimum of 8) or per year of Kelly’s support. The price varies based on factors such as company size, structure, etc.

  • Recruiting services a la carte at a 17% direct placement fee or a per hour fee for contractors (that’s lower than anyone in the market!)
