After working with numerous small businesses over the course of my career, one thing is clear: they need HR but oftentimes can’t afford full-time coverage. Whatsmore, their lack of coverage becomes painfully clear when they are finally ready to grow. I started BuildHR because I wanted HR to be a catalyst for growth, not a barrier. Together with my team of seasoned HR professionals, we’ll make sure you’re set up for exponential growth, and equipped to handle any situation that comes your way, like hiring and firing, training, unemployment fraud, and more.
People are what interested me in HR. I love helping people grow and develop in their business & profession, it is what brought me to found BuildHR, Inc. in 2010.
